SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Barcana (“Company”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Description:  The Company may send you SMS or MMS messages related to [internal communications, alerts, notifications, account updates, or other applicable purpose]. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Barcana.

2. Consent to Receive Messages:  By providing your mobile number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive automated and non‑automated text messages from Barcana. Consent is not a condition of employment or of receiving any Company service.

3. Charges & Wireless Carriers Message and data rates may apply:  Your carrier’s rates apply. Barcana is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

4. Opt‑Out Instructions:  You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After doing so, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

5. Help Instructions:  For help, reply HELP to any message or contact it@barcana.com.

6. Supported Carriers:  Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy:  Information collected through the SMS program will be used in accordance with Barcana’s Privacy Policy. The Company does not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Eligibility:  You must be the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. By opting in, you confirm that you are authorized to receive messages at that number.

9. Changes to Terms:  Barcana may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the SMS program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
